Welcome to the habaj platform. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legal agreement between habaj ("we", "our", "platform") and its users ("you", "user"). By visiting the habaj website, creating an account, or using any of our services, you are considered to have fully accepted these Terms.

By registering, you confirm that you are at least 21 years old. habaj may at any time request a national ID card or other government-issued document as proof of age. Failure to provide the requested documents, or evidence of a false age, will result in the account being closed immediately and the associated balance may be forfeited.

habaj processes financial transactions through Bangladesh's popular mobile banking methods. All transactions are completed in Bangladeshi Taka (৳).

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

habaj currently accepts three payment methods: bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. Rocket is the mobile wallet service of Dutch-Bangla Bank. Deposits and withdrawals are not possible through any method other than these three.

4.2 Minimum Amounts

• Minimum deposit amount: ৳500 (for each method).
• Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳1,000.

4.3 Withdrawal Timeframe

Approved withdrawals are generally processed within 30 minutes to 3 hours. However, if additional verification is required, this time may increase slightly.

4.4 Transaction Terms

• Deposited funds must be sent only from the registered account holder's own mobile banking account.
• Deposits from third-party banking accounts are not accepted.
• Withdrawal funds will always be sent to the same mobile banking account from which the deposit was made.
• In cases of fraud or suspicious transactions, habaj reserves the right to hold any payment.
• Successfully completed transactions cannot be reversed.

habaj offers various bonuses and promotional offers from time to time. Each bonus has its own terms and conditions, which are stated in the description of the relevant offer.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New users are eligible to receive a 120% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳20,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 gives a ৳1,200 bonus, making the total balance ৳2,200. Depositing ৳34,000 or more gives the maximum bonus of ৳20,000, making the total balance ৳54,000.

5.2 Wagering Terms

Before withdrawing a bonus, you must complete 25x wagering on the bonus amount. Wagering is calculated only on the bonus amount, not on the deposit amount. For example: ৳1,200 bonus × 25 = ৳30,000 in bets must be completed before withdrawing bonus winnings.

5.3 General Bonus Rules

• Each user may claim each promotion only once.
• Attempting to claim bonus benefits from multiple accounts will result in all accounts being closed and the bonuses being forfeited.
• habaj reserves the right to modify or cancel any promotion without notice.
• If the terms of any bonus are violated, the relevant bonus and any winnings earned using that bonus may be forfeited.
• Wagering conditions may also apply to free spins or other promotional rewards.

6.1 General Betting Rules

• A bet that has been confirmed cannot be changed or cancelled.
• If a game is interrupted due to a technical fault, the result will be determined based on data stored in the habaj system.
• Accessing an account from multiple devices at the same time is not permitted.
• If a software error in any game becomes apparent, habaj reserves the right to void that game's result and return the stake of the relevant bet.

6.2 Sports Betting

The sports betting section allows bets on cricket, football, kabaddi, and various other sports. habaj retains full authority over market and odds determination. If an event is postponed or cancelled, bets on that event will be voided and stakes returned.

habaj is committed to ensuring a fair and transparent gaming environment. The following activities are strictly prohibited:

• Using bots, automated software, or any technology to gain an unfair advantage in games.
• Attempting to interfere with the game system or the random number generator.
• Collusion — influencing game outcomes through pre-planned coordination with other players.
• Using the platform for money laundering or any illegal purpose.
• Attempting a cyber attack on habaj's security or infrastructure.
• Collecting other users' information or harassing them.

If an account is closed for a legitimate reason, the valid balance will be returned. However, if closure is due to a breach of terms, no balance may be returned.
